PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A juvenile is hurt after being hit by a car while riding a bicycle in Portsmouth Sunday.
Police say the juvenile was riding their bike in the 1300 block of London Boulevard, around 7:30 p.m., when they were struck by a car. The driver did not remain on scene.
The juvenile was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
