After the Sheriff’s Office decided to remain in its new location at the NOAA building, City Council shifted capital funding to increase parking lost due to the city’s casino construction.
On Tuesday, the Norfolk City Council unanimously approved reallocating about $3 million originally set aside for renovating the Sheriff’s Office building over the last two years.
