There is a vehicle fire on I-64 near Norview Avenue.
A witness who spoke to News 3 said it looked like a car-carrying truck was engulfed in flames and that it was several minutes before fire crews arrived.
There are two eastbound lanes and an exit ramp closed as of 7 p.m. Monday.
