NORFOLK, Va. – No one was hurt but one person was displaced following an early-morning house fire in Norfolk on Wednesday morning, Norfolk Fire-Rescue said. Crews were called to the 900 block of South Quail Street just before 2 a.m. They arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from a single-family house.
