CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A Chesapeake man has died after a car crash Wednesday on I-464 in Chesapeake, says Virginia State Police (VSP). VSP says their investigations revealed that around 4 p.m., the driver of a 2005 Toyota Sienna, 70-year-old Wallace James Miller Jr., was driving northbound on I-464 near the Poindexter Street exit when he had a medical emergency.
