CHESAPEAKE, Va. – On Thursday night, the community held a candlelight vigil to honor the life of a Chesapeake teenager who was shot and killed over the weekend. Two men and 15-year-old Tishuan Oliver were found by police with gunshot wounds Sunday night and were taken to the hospital where Oliver passed away.
