PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Portsmouth police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man accused of killing two people and injuring a third in a shooting. Harold Deandre Martin is accused of killing 18-year-old Ameerah Green and 42-year-old Earl Martin Sr. The shooting happened earlier this month on Greenway Court East.
