VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Virginia Beach Police say they are on scene after a vehicle went into the water at the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier. Police say that around 6:50 a.m. they received the call reporting the incident. They are working with the Virginia Beach Fire Department at the 14th Street pier.
