PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A 29-year-old man who was wanted for a murder that took place in March 2023 has been arrested, according to Petersburg Bureau of Police.
On Friday, Jan. 26, police arrested 29-year-old Phillip Rich , who was wanted in connection to a murder that took place on March 14, 2023 in the 1400 block of Pin Oaks Drive, Pin Oaks Subdivision.
According to police , Rich was located in Hampton, Virginia and was taken into custody without incident.
Rich was charged with first degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
