VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Virginia Beach Police said they found a man dead inside a vehicle on Albert Court Tuesday afternoon after suffering from an apparent stab wound. Police said officers responded to the 4600 block of Albert Court around 2:19 p.m. for a man found deceased inside a vehicle.
