The Rock is in hot water with WWE fans

Virginia resident Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is receiving backlash for upstaging Cody Rhodes last Friday night on Smackdown according to Forbes. The pro-wrestler-turned-actor who lives in a 12-million-dollar mansion in Virginia Beach was recently appointed to the board of directors for TKO Group Holdings, the company that was formed by the recently merged WWE and UFC.

WWE Fans had been anticipating a match between Rhodes and Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 40 in April but “The Rock” showed up and interrupted the men before they could seal the deal. He inserted himself into the equation and will now fight Reigns,

Rhodes is confident he will have a match with Reigns

Rhodes assured his fans that the day will come when he meets Roman in the ring but it will not be at Wrestlemania 40. In the meantime “We Want Cody”is being chanted and Times News Now says the video of Reigns and the Rock garnered 500,000 dislikes and is the most hated video ever in WWE history.

Sports Now reveals that to received half a million dislikes on YouTube. It’s believed that Johnson made this move because Brock Lesner was pulled from the card due to his alleged association with the Vince McMahon scandal and CM Punk is out due to an injury.
