VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Virginia Beach Police say that a vehicle crash that happened Thursday morning has closed both directions of traffic and sent a person to the hospital. Police say the crash happened around 6:10 a.m. on Oceana Boulevard which goes along Naval Air Station Oceana. A vehicle and a tractor-trailer crashed. A person was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
