NORFOLK, Va. – On Friday, Norfolk police released the identity of the suspect and filed charges in Thursday’s domestic-related double stabbing. Police say that they were called the to 3400 block of Dunkirk Avenue just before 5 p.m. for a report of a stabbing. When officers got to the scene they found 64-year-old Arneta Thagard of Norfolk suffering from a life-threatening stab wound. She was pronounced deceased.
