PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — On Feb. 9, around 2:15 p.m., Portsmouth Police received a call for a report of gunshot wounds at the 3800 block of Augustine Circle, police said.
Portsmouth Police arrived on the scene to find a man with a gunshot wound. Peachtree East is blocked off to all traffic until further notice.
Police are still on the scene. This is an active investigation.
