PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A man walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound Saturday afternoon, according to Portsmouth police.
The call came in around 12:30 p.m. When officers located the victim, he was being treated for injuries to his upper extremities.
Police said the shooting took place on the 2200 block of high Street and Martin Luther King off ramp.
The incident is still under investigation.
