PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A 19-year-old woman is facing multiple charges, including murder, in a domestic-related shooting in Portsmouth on Friday, authorities announced. In a release on Saturday, Portsmouth police announced Ahlessha Sykes was arrested on first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and shooting in the commission of felony charges.
