NORFOLK, Va. – According to VDOT, I-64 near Granby Street was experiencing major delays due to an ‘incident’. VDOT had said the east left shoulder and left lane were closed. Traffic backups spanned miles before traffic started flowing again. We are reaching out to the police for more information.
