CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – A man is dead and another person has been detained following a shooting at the Bainbridge Commons Apartments in Chesapeake Monday night. According to police, the call came in for an armed person in the Grady Crescent area around 11:58 p.m. Monday. When officers arrived, they found a man who was shot at the Bainbridge Commons Apartments.
