No jail time given to woman who locked herself to PUMA Outlet Store in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A woman who staged a protest by locking herself to the entrance of a store in Norfolk will serve no jail time, according to records.

Delaney Larkin was arrested back in November 2023 after she locked herself to the front doors of the PUMA Outlet Store with a bike lock. Court documents confirmed that Larkin was protesting the store’s sponsorship deal with the Israel Football Association.

She was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct and found guilty on both charges. Her one year sentence, per charge, was completely suspended, and she was also not given any fines. She was put on unsupervised probation.
