NORFOLK, Va. – Four teenagers are facing charges and an investigation remains ongoing over an alleged assault that happened at a Norfolk high school last month, police said. According to the Norfolk Police Department, a 15-year-old boy suffered minor injuries following a fight at Lake Taylor High School on Feb. 6. Another 15-year-old boy was initially charged in connection to the incident, and as the investigation continued, police said two more 15-year-old boys and a 14-year-old boy were also charged.
