PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Downtown Tunnel is scheduled for a full closure going eastbound on Sunday, March 24.
Motorists are advised to find an alternative route in order to avoid this closure. The closure is expected to start around 9 p.m. and go until 4 a.m.
