Man sentenced to 4 years in prison after stealing car from Norfolk dealership, eluding police

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man who stole a Chevrolet Camaro from a Norfolk car dealership and crashed it during a police pursuit has been sentenced to prison time. Quran Amir Chatman, 28, received a four year and four month sentence on Friday in Norfolk court, after he was found guilty by a Norfolk jury this February of burglary, possession of burglarious tools, grand larceny of an automobile, misdemeanor destruction of property, and felony eluding police.
