NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Old Dominion, Regent and Norfolk State held their commencement exercises Saturday.
Thousands of college students celebrated their graduations during the Saturday ceremonies. This year ODU conferred 2,008 undergraduate and 687 graduate degrees.
