NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A person was taken to the hospital after a house caught fire Thursday morning in Norfolk. It broke out around 10:43 a.m. in the 1600 blk of Modoc Avenue in the Ocean View area, with smoke and flames coming from the second-floor bedroom window and roof.
