PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Police responded to a shots-fired call early Friday morning, and while no one was hurt, one car was badly damaged. A woman, identified as Jessica, said the shots woke her up early this morning, but she said she and her husband didn’t realize until a few hours later that one of the shots hit their car.
