NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A vehicle-crash on I-64 near the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel had traffic backed up for nearly 3.5 miles Saturday.
It happened around 1:30 p.m. The crash closed all westbound bound lanes of traffic.
We are working to learn what caused the crash and if anyone was hurt.
