A tragic car crash saw a 16-month-old girl die and her two siblings injured after their father allegedly abducted them. The man had reportedly snatched the children in Virginia and was on the interstate in Maryland when he crashed the vehicle while fleeing from police officers, authorities said. Virginia Beach police were called to reports of a stabbing on August 14 and upon responding found two victims with multiple stab wounds.
