CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Police say a man stole a running car at a Wawa on S. Military Highway in Chesapeake overnight – with a child inside. Luckily for mom and the child, the man quickly realized his predicament and came back. However, that didn’t stop police from chasing down the suspect and his associates.
