17YO with local ties is wanted in Maryland on first-degree murder charges

COLUMBIA, M.D. (WAVY) — A 17-year-old boy, with known ties to Chesapeake, is wanted out of Maryland on first-degree murder charges after a fatal shooting at a mall, police said.

William “Junior” Marshall III was identified as a suspect by Howard County police in connection to a fatal shooting at The Mall in Columbia on July 27. The reward for information leading to an arrest has been increased to $10,000.

The release was sent out by Chesapeake police due to Marshall having ties to the area.
