The driver of a car was injured when they hit a tractor-trailer and the jersey wall on I-64 near Norview Avenue in Norfolk eastbound Wednesday morning.
As of 10:10 a.m., all lanes have reopened on I-64 east.
The crash, which happened just after 6:30 a.m., shut down all I-64 eastbound lanes and the east entrance ramp, according to VDOT. Traffic appeared to be backed up three miles at one point.
The sedan was driving at a high rate of speed when it spun out and hit the tractor-trailer and the jersey wall, according to state police.
