CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A woman has been charged in connection to the Friday night shooting death of her husband in Chesapeake, police said. Around 7:57 p.m., officers were called to the 700 block of Sea Palling Lane following reports of a shooting. When they arrived, police found Christopher Heck, 41, with a serious gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
