NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people who broke into a smoke shop in Ghent over the weekend. Around 8:15 a.m. Sunday morning, police were alerted of a break-in at The Vault on West 21st Street. Authorities say the suspects entered the shop overnight, and items were missing the next morning.
