PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth police are investigating an overnight incident that left three women hurt.
Police say one woman was shot and two others were hit by a car. It happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of London Boulevard.
All three of the women were rushed to the hospital.
