NORFOLK, Va. – A woman was taken to the hospital for treatment after getting shot in Norfolk Saturday afternoon. According to a press release from the Norfolk Police Department, officers found a woman suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the 3300 block of N Military Highway after they were “flagged down” around 3:48 p.m. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
