CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Chesapeake firefighters responded to a call about a residential fire just after 10 a.m. this morning in the Deep Creek section of the city. The resident of the home in the 3000 block of Troy Lane reported a possible fire in their attic after seeing smoke in their home. Six minutes later, when first responders arrived, they saw smoke rising from the roof line of the home.
