NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Norfolk Police Department are investigating a car crash on Raby Road and East Virginia Beach Boulevard.
On Sunday, Norfolk police responded to a report on the accident at approximately 5:30 p.m.
An individual has since been transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
