NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man is dead and another person is seriously hurt after an incident at Marine Hydraulics International, or MHI, on Wednesday morning in Norfolk, police said.
A large emergency presence responded to MHI at 1215 Warrington Ave. for a technical rescue, officials said.
Norfolk Police were called to the area to assist Norfolk Fire-Rescue with an industrial accident around 8:10 a.m.
A man was pronounced deceased at the scene, and another person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
