According to a new report by Fox Business, Shake Shack was named “America’s Most Expensive Fast-Food Restaurant”. According to the report, the survey was conducted by Preply and had Shake Shack coming in at #1, followed by Five Guys and Sugar Factory.

To determine which eateries are the most expensive, Preply looked for keywords online including “pricey” and “rip-off”, and “analyzed how frequently they were used by patrons”, according to the report.

The New York City-based chain raised its prices by 3% in March. The cities with the most overpriced eateries in America include Oakland, San Jose, and Virginia Beach.
