Virginia Beach shed fire under investigation

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A shed caught fire early Saturday morning in the Aragona section of Virginia Beach.

At approximately 5 a.m., the Virginia Beach Fire Department was dispatched to the 600 block of De Laura Lane in reference to a reported residential structure fire.

Upon arrival, crews found heavy smoke and flames were observed from a detached shed.

No residents or pets were displaced nor injured in result of the fire.

The fire was marked down at 5:20 a.m. and marked down by 5:55 a.m.

The origin and cause of the fire is under investigation.
