This has been an exceptionally snowing winter for areas from the Lower & Middle Mississippi Valley, east to the Lower Ohio & Tennessee Valley to the Middle Atlantic coast from Delmarva to Eastern Virginia and North Carolina. The latest snow storm is underway we will see heavy snow of up to 10 inches in Southeast Virginia and in northeastern North Carolina. Southeast Virginia could be the jackpot zone around Virginia Beach & Norfolk.
