PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth Police Department officers have arrested two juvenile suspects in connection with a robbery that happened Tuesday.
Charges for the pair include robbery, conspiracy and possession of a firearm by a juvenile, according to a press release from the Portsmouth Police Department.
