ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO (WTRF) – The Belmont County EMA assistant deputy director, who was jailed Wednesday on a fugitive from justice warrant, appeared in court by video Thursday.

Court officials say 60-year-old Glenn Trudo waived extradition to Virginia, where charges await him regarding solicitation of a minor over the internet.
