SUFFOLK, Va. — On Tuesday police identified the woman who died in a Suffolk sledding accident last week.
Suffolk police say 26-year-old Madelyn Lowe of Chesapeake died in the incident on Thursday. Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
