RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The fight to increase the minimum wage in Virginia continues. The bill again makes it out of the General Assembly session and now awaits the Governor’s signature.
“Children staying home after school by themselves because you can’t afford a babysitter,” Delegate Jeion Ward said. “There’s so many reason why people to see the minimum wage increase.”
