NORFOLK — At just 26 months, Carson Clark already was enjoying his third Ocean View St. Patrick’s Day Parade , watching the festivities with his family and friends under a large tent in the grassy median.
The toddler — dressed in a shamrock sweater, bright green pants, and plenty of green beads — was just a couple of months old when he attended his first St. Patrick’s Day parade. His mother, Courtney Clark, expects he’ll be at many more in the years to come.
