PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police are searching for a woman who was last seen around 4 p.m. Thursday in the 5700 block of Rivermill Circle.
Erica Palmer, 46, has black hair and is 5-foot-6 and 175 pounds. Police said she was last seen wearing a black leather coat, a blue T-shirt and blue Nikes, and she may be experiencing behavioral health complications.
