PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Police are investigating after a man was found dead in Portsmouth Sunday afternoon.
At around 3:57 p.m., a call alerted officers to a possibly dead man at a business in the 500 block of Cumberland Avenue, near the High Street intersection.
