PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Police have named a suspect in a recent shooting on Effingham Street.
Investigators want to locate 24-year-old Jasmine Trotter in connection to an April 6 shooting in the 300 block of Effingham Street.
Police released this image of Trotter. If you see her, be warned that police say she is probably armed.
