HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A man has died after being shot on Lincoln Street early Friday morning, police said.
The call came in at 1:37 a.m. in reference to a shooting at the Karma Restaurant and Lounge on the 1st block of Lincoln Street, according to Hampton Police.
When officers arrived, they found a man, identified as 25-year-old DeAngelo Osborne, in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries…
