NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A previously convicted meth dealer was sentenced on Wednesday to over three years in prison for being in possession of a firearm.
According to court documents, on June 3, 2024, Deputy U.S. Marshals attempted to arrest 45-year-old William Gus Hart for violating terms of his supervised release. While the Marshal approached Hart, he fled to a grassy area, dropping a backpack and motorcycle helmet.
